With user reviews, you're lucky if they even played the game at all. I like that one of the user reviews listed "not funny" as a con - I wasn't aware it was a comedy.
No, unfortunately we are not aware of a workaround for the h264 issue in Windows. If you're on Windows 7, this may be resolved in newer versions (IE: Win 10), but don't quote me on that.
I'm guessing whoever made that hat isn't aware of that and just thinks they're throwing a shoutout to the Polycount Crew. Would probably be worth contacting Roblox about that.
Aye I'm aware of that. It's just so convenient while still building the model. duplicating and flipping polies is something I'd rather save till near the end.
