well the shot shown above shows windows picture viewer in the middle being split with the odd color change. I would have photoshop also but I cant get that to split across two windows. @Zi0 Yeah exactly, two materials - feels altough as if the scorpion is made out of one material and as a not gun owner / fan it does make sense too me to have the whole thing made out of one material to avoid higher production costs :D Thanks for the input mate, will add some more variation in terms of materials! -

Nice work; as mentioned it looks as though your trees are biased towards normal direction. Also, for my tastes, in all but the last set of shots, your fog colour is far too blue. You have the right idea, but unless you're going for something more stylized, you need to tone it back a notch or two. -

Not too far from finishing this up now, should be done in a day or two. I've begun painting the backside of the shack now, using the style I learnt from finishing up the front view. The main jobs left are to finish off the other half of the roof and add to more detail to the rocks in shadow, behind the shack. -

There's a lot of ways to rewrite this show into more a more manageable tangle. It's season two and regular watchers can't even remember all the POV character's names. I have a hard time watching the show too, but I just try and enjoy that they're making scenes from the book into reality and succeeding almost half the time. -

Yeah, it depends on the model, like if you doing a wheel, or a propel, you might want to make 1/3 of it and then copy it, to get some repeating UV and such, without being too noticeable. But otherwise, yeah I always stick with even, because often you have two or more sides with is the same and its much easier to symmetry… -

Mossed: I would agree with the critique premium gave you. Perhaps you could do it the other way around too, focusing on the platform and keeping the tower as a silhoutte in the background (perhaps adding two that are more distant, 3 is always a nice number).
