just a short update: - the faculty search is still active - I've been getting questions about what "finalists will be asked to submit creative work" means... this is NOT an art test, that just means you'll formally submit a portfolio or reel to the committee
Mojo, you just brought this derailed misfit of a thread BACK ON TRACK, homie. It's people like you who reinforce the fact that Mythic is on schedule to remain one of the best and most creative self published game developers out there. mitheckforlyfe.
Are you sure a 450w would run the rig? - Conroe E6600 - GeForce 7950GX2 - 2x 250GB SATA2 Raid0 - Creative Audigy 2 - dvd burner - cdrw burner - 3.5 floppy I'll try both tonight, for sure. Thanks,
Only you could think up something like that, Sectaurs. He's looking really great, Vudu. There's lot of imagination and creativity. I'd love to see him carried over into 3D. Keep up the awesome work. And post more!

They want to see your creativity in action instead of holding your hand all the way. If you get the job, ok, they will tell you what to do, but for know, they want to see your though process in interperating what they give you.
Lead concept artist on a huge title that needs a lot of creative vision like a final fantasy type game or a MMO like world of war craft . edit * Daz if you need a texture artist let me know ..LOL
LA by far. Great weather, amazingly friendly and creative people everywhere and unparalleled scenery. Montreal is okay, but seriously doesn't compare. I've lived and worked in most major cities across the world and LA is the one I miss the most.
As a student...I always work on Sundays during the semester...so you have my sympathy Don't worry...once the sleep deprived hallucinations start kicking in you'll never have to complain about lack of creative vision again...
I was curious if there were any online communities that regularly meetup to share their sculpting on maybe discord or something like that. Kinda like a drawpile session or, just casual creative hangout to make you feel more productive while you work on your own things?
