With a bit of work on the head sculpt but I will have to find a way to blend this with the dynamesh base that I will be dividing up before working more on it.
You can test it by selecting portion of the mesh then grow select it until it bleed into the mesh that was supposedly different element, and clean that connecting point.
Callling this done, was nice finishing a project with Unreal 4, a bit of vertex blending and such :) Used substance painter/designer for all my textures.
