Looking forward to it ! Does the focus on high performance mean that it would also behave well on lower-end GPUs, by limiting the canvas size accordingly for instance ?
Hi there! I'm Jess, a 2nd year at the University of Hertfordshire studying Games Art & Design. I was wondering if I'd be able to get some feedback on the work I upload, and any advice on other art topics!
The 2nd set of textures I worked on for the upcoming game 'Moonray'. These follow a much more experimental, psychedelic route. Great fun! Created in Substance Designer, rendered in Marmoset Toolbag. Hope you enjoy! Artstation: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/q9Q92D
I'm going to try to do this... December 1 - High poly candle (started low poly but haven't baked) December 2 and 3 - High poly on the 2nd, low poly and bake on the 3rd. No textures... December 4 - Candle holder thing... High poly
Thanks for that :D Much appreciated. Will try the 2nd method first to see if it fixes the issue. It's only for a port folio piece so no hard poly limit.
It looks fine, the curvature on the 2nd, smaller horn looks a little unbalanced to me. (oh and the dark spot on the upper horn should probably be fixed too).
