it could also mean that parts of your mesh contain no uvs, and it could be a UV error on the highpoly as well, delete all uvs on your high -

If it's an indoor + outdoor scene and there is no lights in a room lightmass wouldn't work as well as a skylight. it's mostly trial and error and seeing what works best really. -

I already fixed the shader (but didn't tested it with Substance Painter 1). An error should appear in the log window, what do you get ? -

This error is not related to the TDR and can come from mdany places (not specifically Painter). Are you on a laptop? Could you attach a log file please? -

20,000 tris but it looks like you have smoothing errors all over the place, what did you bake in, and what are you viewing in?
