Skinniest panda I've ever seen :P Are we shooting for a model solely for animation or should it look nice too? If so, I would work on a more believable fur texture and getting it across the entire body. The pocket needs work too, you could put a button flap over it and forget the interior, or just model the interior. Also… -

Overall, I like the bat creature. My only problem is with the wing fold things, if this creature was to be animated, and attack, there would be a lot of stretching going on. More geo in that wing fold area under the arms might be good, maybe it could even sag when its arms are at rest like that, and then it would look more… -

Nice! The tail and rudder are looking great. Yea tweaking definitely gets old, I hear ya there and mechanical modeling is a tricky mistress. It's the bottom one, using cloth to simulate chains. What I remember doing was following that pretty closely up to the point of simulation then switching it over to follow a path. The effect was that the treads bent where they where pinned. I then used wire parameters to have the rotation of a wheel, drive the treads along…
