Sculpting anatomy is best represented with sharp angles, or else it quickly turns into a smooth ball. Once the features are locked in, it's time to smooth and blend together. -

I prefer the outline, it makes your assets look much more interesting. Without it, everything sort of blends together and looks a little flat. -

predicting it now: the new armour is the extremis armour, and the film will feature part of the argonaut plan. it will lead to the bleeding edge armour and "rescue" in avengers 2. -

I've imported them into Unreal and all is good, had a few bleed issues but sorted them in pyxel edit for reimport. Pretty happy with this fella! -

:o you can't add padding with a 0 space between shells :o You need a bit of space or you will always have bleeding -

if you subdivide him two times it should work without any problems... and the edge bleeding works in 2012 much better than in 2011... -

Apex, Like apex cloth? I don't know if I quite understand what you are saying- is Alpha Blend/test a UDK setting?
