Yeah most definitely agree with Andrew on this one. This thing I thought of when I saw it was a concept for custom creeps or something. I'd perhaps suggest trying to fiddle a bit with the proportions as well. a bigger head and just a tiny bit more stumpy arms and legs would make it read as way more passive and more courier… -

I think he'd tip over... perhaps if you angle his front legs from the 'knee' down forward, sort of splayed apart a bit to take on that massive weight up front, it would also result in a slightly lowered head, and overall increase the aggressiveness of him. yeah, in worse case scenarios, there is a menu option on most of the plasmas, to reburn the whole screen by setting it to a solid white screen for a set period. I'm also not sure if ALL manufacturers have implemented that pixel switching procedure. It was something I head read as the fix that was getting implemented. Again… -

I heard that detaching the polys of the geometry you want to be alpha-mapped sometimes helps (although not completely). Basically if your model is a head with hair, detach the hair polys to be a separate object while you're working on the alpha map.
