That's exactly what I was getting at. Falwell sleeping with his mother is parody if it's a book, a TV show, or a comic strip. As it currently stands, if you put Falwell in a game, and represent him as someone who sleeps with his mother, you are liable to be sued. -

Dude, email crytek and ask whether you're permitted to use it in this context (a pitch video) without a paid license. If so, you're fine, if not, work out another solution so you dont get sued/blacklisted/guilty feelings for being an asshole. -

Haha, they totally copied the DOOM logo. They're clearly trying to link the controversy surrounding DOOM at launch wth this one. I don't think zenimax will like that.
