very big fan of the reboot. as we start to have certain intellectual properties that remain active for 50-100+ years, i think it'll be understood that a fresh reboot will be necessary from time to time to keep the IP vital. like ror observed quite astutely, Bond has heart again, something that's been missing for quite some…
Everyone is sitting at home now, and so am I. Hope my kits and 3d models will help you to spend time at home more interesting., I suggest to download my stuff with a huge discount of -85% http://romanyukart.com/store/category/armor/
Your Flash has a serratus magnus that is heavily emphasized, while the rest of the character's muscle groups are layered underneath pieces of armor that hide the muscle insertions. This doesn't seem consistent. The sculpt overall is strong, but that serratus magnus sticks out like a sore thumb.
I do not have too much time to work with this kind of stuff but I am too tired making robots and armor every day and I'm really trying to put some effort reseaching new stuff. Here is a new one quick sketch.
Yes ^^ but it's good for the practice and you start to think how to avoid work and build what you want faster, I guess, since every part that will have armor does not need to have detailed skin features. Looking forward to your next update.
In this case anything that is hugging the body such as the straps and gloves, I would just treat that as an extrusion from the skin. I suggest that you keep the armor plates and loin cloth as separate objects. For rigging purposes it is ideal not to have overlapping geometry where there is going to be deformation.
I just watched the 720p trailer. Looks like there are shadows in some places and none in others; the guy in metal armor at the beginning is casting a faint shadow and the monsters that the people are fighting in front of the windmill are also casting shadows. Could be different builds of the game or something.
if only we could make nice hair.... how many years is that going to take. Skin, no prob, shiny space marine armor, perfected, clothing, still has a ways to go. Hair.... well... poly cards only get you so far.
Thanks Pete, perspective is defiantly one of my weakest points and i will keep workin on it! Heres my entry to the torchlight 2 armor contest, wanted to get more comfortable with rendering and taking ideas past thumbs. Thanks to Razorb for being a great teacher!
Recently were able to mess around with DDO. Came up with this kind of tribute to one of my favorite character. He's very quick and raw (he is much older and this armor is basically abstract). But now i hope i'm ready to join petrol contest
