In my mid 20s I said fuck this an got off my ass and did the gym thing full on. I got a trainer and he basically showed me all the groups and all the different ways to work them. It was the best thing I ever did. I only needed him for a few sessions and then I was good on my own. After a while I got pretty addicted to it.… -
