I don't have a Visual Studio. The problem is that I had some version of the redistributables files but it doesn't work properly with your soft. First update post on this thread. I worked a bit on clothes and some accesories blockout. I mainly updated girl's face and started the oni one. Girl full body: Face closeup: I'm not too happy whit the face, I have to modify it quite a bit. Oni face: Quite happy with oni's face until now. -

Haha, thanks Josh... Here are two new shots. I updated the trees, not sure of how I want to layout the scene completely yet (suggestions if you have any). I am also still in the process of finalizing lighting. I also updated the grass but you cant see it to well in these shots, that's because I am not happy with it. -

For some reason I can't see your latest update. Perhaps something is wrong with the image host at the moment. Anyway, from the looks of your earlier images, this is turning out pretty damn awesome! It generates an sbsar and puts it in the shelf folder. You'll need S.A.T / Batchtools. it's run manually cos not everything we do for designer wants to be in the painter shelf currently it's impossible to automate resource updates in painter files without doing some wizardry i've only head rumour of. for now we're forced… -

Maya's a pretty complete package, and 2016.5 and 2017 were huge updates, compared to the same updates for Max. New UV packing algorithm, for instance, is a god send. I'd personally recommend that. Just because it's more common still than Modo. If you hate Maya even after trying it for a while, maybe try modo or even… -

UPDATE: Added a baked in reflection, updated some of the highlights, busy working on the metal details, then on to some fancy pants inlays!
