Ye, I suspected as much =P Have you though about adding color to these, either traditional or digital? also, the images are bit large to see properly, I would maybe scale em down like 10-20% or something. I have a decently sized screen and I can just see the whole piece without sctrolling.
had a load of input from people on face book and these are now my final two now to start with the basic base mesh and then follow some of the tips in Zbrush Digital sculpting humand anatomy by scott spencer to work that into a high poly sculpt. any other tutorials you can think of that would be helpful let me know :D
Deploy the advice you had recieved on your other thread, there's no need opening a duplicate topic unless a particular issue requires further clarification or remains unresolved. So for my money I strongly second the recommendation for Scott Eaton's workshop, not only was he an early pioneer of digital sculpting but also…
I'm currently in the Capilano University 8 month digital animation program. So far, it has been very informative (my first week, so there's still a lot to learn). If you're interested in checking out Capilano, go to their open houses. I am not sure when they are happening, but keep an eye on www.gradshow.com for…
Your best option imo is not to do a masters but to use a tutorial site(s), such as digital tutors or eat3d (there are plenty others) to teach yourself maya/max/a game engine, there are plenty great tutorials that are alot cheaper than a masters and you will learn more than doing a masters course. And obv post your work on…
Your question isn't very properly formed english, but I think I know what you are getting at. I would get an external hard drive, specifically a portable one that doesn't need a power adapter. I have a bunch of a Western Digital Passport drives and love them, but the Seagate go flex drives are also good.
Google is a good first start. Nothing specific comes to mind. https://www.google.com/search?btnG=1&pws=0&q=digital+painting+dark+skin+tones&gws_rd=ssl Wanting to draw and paint people of races other than caucasian is is good goal, but there's a lot more than skin color that makes people diverse and different in appearance.
I guess he might be confused because your "art test" was a digital tutors tutorial, coppied down to the last vert by the looks of things http://www.digitaltutors.com/11/training.php?pid=355 sorry man, but I have to call troll on this one......member of polycount for three years and doesn't know how a forum works....love it…
Hey man, making mistakes is part of human nature! It's the only way to get better! The way I look at it is: Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn. But you never lose. What you did here is *not* wasted. You learned a valuable lesson in digital sculpting. We've all been there. Just keep practicing and never give up!
