Seriously, dude, 14 hours a day? With 8 hours sleep that leaves you with 2hrs for yourself/family; what the hell do you do with that? And you're working the weekends? It should be obvious what needs to be changed in your life to allow you more time to do things. 12-14 hour days 7 days a week is not healthy. -

Happened to me yesterday with Win 7 Ultimate 64, I assumed it was bad drivers/software and did a fresh format/install before I'd seen the news article. This is machine is for my own self satisfaction and I wanted to expand my knowledge of just modeling in 3ds max. -

That's looking good, nice work. Good object to learn on too. Poly/tri count comes up as text in the viewport. Press 7 or right click the viewport label in the upper left corner and turn on "show statistics". well coming from a family were hunting is sort of a big thing, I have been hunting for 7 or 8 years now, and you really don't see much suffering when it comes to average game. Certainly nothing that last 3 hours. It's usually a bang and it drops. Although I've never hunted anything larger than a deer. -

I had a mild seizure once while playing a duke nukem console game. Only lasting damage it did was give me 7 years of tmj pain and now I have a jaw that can partially dislocate. Only time thats ever happened. Funny thing was I was playing it right next to my sister, who was epileptic. -

I'm on an older perpetual version of MD (7) that doesn't have the retopo stuff, was wondering if it's worth upgrading. When you're retopoing along a seam, does it give you some indication of where the verts are on the other seam so that they match up perfectly?
