Hey Alex, i think you make a good job, but can you explain the function of the Sight? I think that here are missing some details like a feather or something.
The rustic, green atmosphere is really nice in your moodboard. I'm wondering about the waterwheel's function, does it move a grindstone or something else? Anyway, looking forward to your progress.
Here's an update on the imp character. He has a basic rig with fully functioning foot roll and finger bending. 1.4k Poly's 1024 Diffuse texture and he has a tail ^^
Haha, I'm a deathadder guy, its great. On my home PC I have an Abyssus. Razer mice are reasonably priced and function well, and are definitely sexy with their slick marketing.

hrmm well does the snapshot function add anything to the render apart from an alpha map? Seems like if i just composite some ao with the viewport it'd be good..
