Can including hurt anything? Nope. Could it solve a problem? Maybe. Sounds like an easy decision to me. But how you are going to track down some random person on the internet who stole and sold your digital artwork and sue them? That seems like more trouble than it's worth unless your work is going for millions. -

Re: Cintiq issues
I had some issues with my Cintiq at work - ghosting and other strangeness I solved it by using the included DVI-I to DVI-D adaptor - this forces the Cintiq to use a digital signal (otherwise it seems to use an analog signal, or something, even over the DVI connector) Might not help your problem - but just putting it out… -

Games aren't really younger, they're an older concept than music and literature, transported into a digital medium. I don't know that much about installing and registering, but I assume that registration happens during installation (which he hasn't done yet). I could be wrong about that, cause I'm just guessing. I took a gander at his work. This is him, yeah? http://sandpiper.cgsociety.org/ The works on his page there are really cool :) But could use more information. He mentions digital painting in a couple of his images. He paints the hair on his characters and the backgrounds, so he clearly has 2D skills. Did he use concept art?
