ichidan - There are limits, it's mostly geared to ingame. Im going to keep it under 100,000 tris! ha:) thatanimator - I originally built it with three loops lined up with the knuckles...and gross. So I built it conforming to the shells, did some small tests while building it and the fingers bent well without making it look…
looking good man. you have some pretty heavy wear on the ends of the deck but none in the middle. it could benefit from a bunch of grinding wear, and damage on the trucks too. this is a nice example of deck damagehttp://www.flickr.com/photos/32155592@N02/3185676517/ and these trucks look proper beat down…
Preach it! The hipster army is on the move. Their loafers (without socks) beating against the cement as they declare a great Arcade Fire against the city. Beating their vnecked chests proudly as they shout about obscure art and music. Clearly we all have much love for this place. We gotta snag a beer sometime and bitch…
I like the idea, hearing about work visa' vs how many years experience you need or how strong your portfolio has to be in order to get a foreign studio to even look at helping you with one would be interesting to hear about. Anything that's not just work, work and more work would be awesome.
i'm looking forward to getting back into consoles with the nintendo revolution. twighlight princess. hl2: aftermath and spore if it comes out this year. metal gear 4. i wanna see if gears of war and killzone stand up to their hype. if Vermeulen is refering to nexiuz as his game, i'm looking forward to seeing that complete…
I agree on the wear. It doesn't have to be abused, but normal wear and tear I think would be there breaking up the spec a bit more. Big metal space boots, krogans being all clumsy and dropping things like weapons or crates. It is a minor thing though, the scene looks good. Maybe it's a brand new ship :)
parasite7: I actually was exclaiming how good it was, but perhaps in a rather unclear way. Im not really hearing it everywhere, 'cos about the only radio I listen to is NPR, but Im sure as hell hearing it at home and in my car Im gonna wear it out soon I know it. I think its a fantastic debut album.
I wish them all luck I hear that a lot (sucks to be before xmas). Unfortunately, Christmas just falls at the end of a business cycle, so it ends up like that for companies every year. Of course, losing a job is always badly timed ;) Good luck to all in these coming days, since it is that time of year for layoffs.
Depends on the quality/durability. I don't see a problem with paying $50+ for a hoodie that will last a long time (I'm wearing a green hoodie atm that I've had for probably 10+ years that still feels and looks surprisingly new, while I have another from 5 years ago in which the cuffs are shredding...).
