In general it'll probably work alright, although it could be a lot cleaner. There's a fine line when doing retopo work between being slavish to the surface being retopo'd and fudging it a little for a cleaner resultant mesh. Keep in mind that a single 4k map is almost 3 times the resolution of most monitors. Even for a hero vehicle, it's unlikely that the camera will ever get close enough to see that level of detail.
