Lord Pendleton looks to be judging me for the horrible things I did in Dishonored last night. Terrific work, everyone! Excellent cut-away env by Ulrick. Creative as hell.
skip the sulking part. Words of wisdom from Adam Savage of the Mythbusters "Failure is always an option" another quote I heard for creative endeavors "Fail early, fail often"
The service part comes (or should) come in the form of free updates and maintenance. Creative Cloud has been great on this front so far... New versions, new features, etc.
The winged theme is used creatively throughout, great color space, angelic vibe while not going the obvious routes, technically well-executed... there's a lot to love about this environment. Congratulations!
Just because you are limited doesn't mean you can't be creative and make it unique? It isn't perfect... but... you get the idea. Here is an example of someone elses... http://willhurst.carbonmade.com/
Interesting project - I'm curious to see how you solve some of the attachment problems in 3D. There seem to be many opportunities for creative reconciliation of function and aesthetic in a modular system like this.
I had a skype interview for my former position at creative assembly, I would imagen it is pretty normal. If I where you I would look for a position in the UK :)
OK that's what i was thinking, and may i ask what is the best program to use? I'm assuming photoshop or is there an alternative since photoshop now has the annoying creative cloud?
great stuff everyone, my personal favourite #1 was boofis and 2nd was owl+cat :) I think they both show great creative character design and look fun :D
It's somewhat like learning a new 3d package; once you're over the hump and able to do something creative with the language, you can do all kinds of interesting things.
