Looks to me that profile is lacking behind you could spend some time just on it improving relation of projections of the face [nose brow chin forehead] then relations of some of the features like corner of the mouth corner of the eye widest part of the nose corner of the chin jaw For front view try to be more specific with…
I got both Texal Density Checker and UV Toolkit for Blender. I think the problem is more that I'm having trouble making good UV maps for my meshes too. In Maya, which I don't have anymore. I used to be really good at UV Editing but with Blender. I can't quite get what's the problem but I know it's missing features like…
In a small animation/games & vfx studio I've been working, I've seen my co-worker watching something while working. His video size was way smaller than 1/4. Like a small little square in the corner of the screen. Sometimes with occasional medium laughing. I think he was watching a funny talk show or something. :D Anyway,…
Hey @KBear , looks good so far! Here are some points, I think you could improve on: * Shapes more dynamic, less straight - maybe exaggerate some (red). Right now it looks a bit stiff/robotic to me. * The upper arms look very thin right now. * From my view, the hands in the concept are more claw-like and quite large. You…
You could still keep it daylight outside and make it look dramatic as well. For example, have the shades pulled down more, put window blinds over it, and have god rays come through the blinds highlighting dust particles, leaving a high contrast long dynamic shadow from the blinds coming into the room. Sort of like, hey…
The tip triangle on the underside of the boot is missing or infinitely small (in the UV's). Not sure if thats causing your issues but worth fixing anyway. Some general comments on good uv'ing too: 1) Overlapping pieces - you should offset one of the pieces that are mirrored/overlapped (arms) so only one exists in the 0,0…
Not really, Roadkill is good for laying our the foundation of your Unwraps, but it's extremely limited to what Max currently has in 2012. I would only suggest Roadkill if you have Textools for Max since there is an option for a quick export/import function in it. You're still going to have to relax and correct any overlaps…
I always find time for Path of Exile, its my game of the year every year! In my opinion there's no ARPG that comes close to the depth and replayability, playing hardcore ofcourse! The current season is reaaaaally good. Mixing in between the PoE sessions I've been playing a lot of ARK, a game when it first came out in Early…
Being a game-developer the magic of games becomes painfully transparent when you know exactly where the triggers are, can spot every seam and texture texel density differences but I still play games as often I can, I try to stay up to speed with most titles. It's my job and my passion in the end and even if I want to be…
