I'm already at 10 mil polygons :poly136: There's a lot of surface area with all those tentacles and suckers though!

Good stuff here. Are you modeling these by extending the polygon edges and aligning vertices to guide splines one by one?

it looks too high poly. I would reduce polygons a bit. It also lacks more pronounced relief.

Adding the spokes instead of alpah will look better, AND use about the same amount of polygons that you already have.

So the PSP is the "remake old games with polygonal graphics" platform? Maybe that's a reaction to the widespread use of the system for emulation?
