I figured it out. The first imported mesh must be x-symmetry so that ZBrush knows where the symmetry line is.

Nevermind, figured it out: Unfortunately using the apprentice version limits the output resolution to 1080 x 720 and watermarks the bitmap

Yeah, I managed to get it to work properly, it shouldn't of tessellated on the x axis to begin with really... Epic should fix that.

check the orientation of the wheel bones. Try flipping their y axis and re-exporting. (assuming x forward z up.)

Yes, Phys X particles, snow stuff, TXAA which probably is the reason why the min fps was around the 50s.
