Keep in mind that after removing lighting, for non-metals you should stick to albedo ranges between 30/255 and 240/255. -

Your images are really dark. Maybe its a design choice. I have my monitor calibrated to gamma 2.2 and they are almost black. -

Low poly, 202 tris, 512x512 Marmoset seems to make the edges a bit worse, may have to try it in unreal. -
