The eyes seem too round compared to the concept. I would probably flatten the top of the eye at least around the top outer corners a bit. The jawline could be a bit more defined as well.
In terms of stylization, a less defined chin and a tiny bit of vertical squash on her face porportions would work. The face itself doesn't have much definition besides the overall shape, and that's by design.
It's PVRTC or bust for iOS - because that's the chipset. Could you define "destroy" ? You can definitely tweak the settings. I've used PVRTexTool in the past: http://community.imgtec.com/developers/powervr/tools/pvrtextool/

ugh, I wish they would launch something with Nvidia instead of the Intel HD ones. I have myself a Samsung Slate 7 and it IS great, but some GPU power would definately help.
The skull came out awesome, the only thing I can see is that the wood looks a little lumpy. I think you could make some sharper and more defined grooves in the planks.
Step 3: blocking in forms Primary, silhouette-defining shapes are the focus here. Especially when it comes to female characters, capturing the subtle, graceful lines are more important than detail in this step.

I think this looks totally awesome. Definately getting better. My only criticism would be to make the breeding pods looks brighter and to have some indication that there's something growing inside of them.
