God no, man. They use the hell out of ZBrush. Low poly, hard surface, organic, stylized, realistic. Pretty much everyone scupts. -

If this is the texturing style you're going for this looks great, but if you pushed the textures to be more detailed and realistic this would look sick :P -

No scratch on the side? Looks like a scratch texture you have applied and done nothing to it. Put more realistic scratch, no random.
