Looks fantastic great work! Do you start your organics building a base mesh in max/maya etc, or do you go straight into a sculpting application to begin? Also did you create the concept for the fish creature yourself, or is this based on some one elses work? I would like to see the concept either way. -

Its all fine and good But : -to my knowledge horns grow on frontal bone [frontal eminence ?] -he has big jaw but wont be able to open it due to the way its designed -or close it as creatures with big jaws have massive temporal muscles and your thing doesn't have space for such or way to connect it to the jaw itself… -
