Re: stupid shadow artefacts on nanite landscape
havent actually gone back to check that landscape but in a different project i found that forcing shadow cache invalidation on the landscape to static cleared up a load of crappy shadowing artefacts. obviously not useful if you plan to animate your landscape in some way but I dont think that's a common use case -
holes in geo unreal, but not in substance painter or maya
I am new to unreal and games and I have imported my low poly mesh into unreal, and its been unwrapped and checked face normals and made sure all vertex are merged and it baked fine, and i couldnt see these holes in maya or substance painter, but i can see these holes in unreal.
