model I used this project as a way to teach myself how to rig and also to do a realistic animal. High poly head section. The rig in a close to neutral pose. Controls under the head are for the tongue and eyes.

The dirt and weathering could use a bit of hand tuning/painting of the masks and layers, there's some pretty noticeable haloing around edges that's not natural or realistic.
Is that inspired by the Brackeys Unity Lighting tutorial ? ^^ its looks similar, but yours has a very realistic style. love the kind of the depressing mood !
