I could never figure out what the robots actually transformed into most of the time during this flick. It seems they spend most of the time undisguised, and did the robot that crash landed on the moon in the 50's really transform into a fire-truck from the 80's? :o It'd be nice to get some kind of print out with the robot… -

You used DDO mainly right ? Its insane strong. Its like it was used 10 years straight in an oily alien vs predator arena. Id turn the whole DDO pass down to 30-50% opacity and paint per hand in photoshop on top of it so you have a nice base variation to work with, without letting DDO do all the stuff. Yeap, the point you pointed out is the most fucked up one. It wont even bake for some reason. It's not very fun when you're HP file is on 12 + million triangles and a bake takes like 50 min to do..
