Every large studio I've been at has used soooooo many third party scripts along with internally developed scripts. Maybe I'm just lucky but it seems like Max scripts have a long shelf life, scripts that haven't been updated in 7 years still work on recent versions. -

I installed a win7 upgrade recently, if your C: is at all function and there is a trace of windows on it, you can start up the setup on another drive. I actually just took an old drive that I had laying around, threw it in, installed 7 on sdd, took old drive out. Worked flawlessly. -

Hey guys here is a WIP of how the demon girl is coming along. Still blocking in things but hope to have it done soon. Once the highpoly is done I will be making her into a model around 7-9k tris and hand painting her textures. let me know what you guys think. -

thanks cl, One question, will this help me with other aspects of drawing? or rather has to helped you? I would like to put together scenes and things would I be looking for other books aswell? I really like the dvds btw and for only £25-7 squid its a bargin! chris -

That really is quite something, the skin looks very realistic...actually it's an ingenius method that you put into practice...just one comment and that's the skin looks just a tad shiney, that makes it look a little plastic, I reckon if you tone it down.....just a little you'll be on to a winner....btw...this is in 3dsMax… -

the only accessory I could afford outside of techniques on my first playthrough was he doppleganger one... haven't tried any of the others unfortunately. were you able to beat the Alfheim where you could only use like 7 punches and 5 kicks? I have no idea how to do that -
Re: Move/Scale/Rotate Tool Broken!
I suspect it is an openGL 3.0 3.1 driver incompatability problem with maya contexts. Just a guess. Rolling back my ATI drivers to 8.12 ( pre 3.0? ) fixes similar rotation tool problems... http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=7&t=734980 The point of that thread was that the history manipulator works on history... -

Haha, i just noticed it was a box handle... ahh my big mistake, but i was doing it at 2AM in the morning... college in like 7 hours after.. So i was a bit tierd. Yes i shall give it a quick modify, question is bar the handle... does it look like it could belong in a game?
