Cool, that's something I hoped some one would do someday in realtime. My main concern at the moment is the amount of blur all over your pictures. Hard to judge anything with that.
Alright, sorry for being quiet for a while, but here's a little bit of progress on the second environment. Basically sized down the whole drastically. Still needs an insane amount of work. The current state:
AC:Unity (new one) is one of the worst PC game of 2014 in terms of perfomance / optimization / amount of bugs and glitches. I dont think upcoming AC bla bla bla will be better.
This is looking great! Very nice shapes and good amount of details IMO. I wouldn't dirty it up. If anything I'd try to add some vegetation here and there (if that'd fit the theme that is).
Inspiring work, I've spent a lot of time marveling at the amount of detail in the environments and props so far. Very, very cool :) Was there concept art to work from for all of those props?
Hey, thanks. After this SMG is done, I plan on finishing up the car. Then I am probably going to spend a significant amount of time sharpening my 2D and anatomy skills.
why do you need mari.? is there a special reason.? cause substance painter would be easier and cheaper... and you could do the same... except you need a massive amount of udims...
I guess I really haven't yet worked in the Necris technology that goes along with the tentacles, but the rest seems pretty consistent with whatever sparse amount of lore I could find.
Nintendo seems to have a recent history where their launches are not that great, up to the 3DS. Heck, its only now that the 3DS is really starting to shine in terms of the amount of games being made for it.
love this game. last thing i did in the game was a challenge that changes your weapon after every kill which really makes you appreciate the amount of awesome weapons in the game :)
