That's neat! But it seems like every time I open a new model, it decreases render resolution. After a few it gets all blurry and pixelated. I'm running Google Chrome.
Mitchell is one of the most eating pixels filtering option's. Swittch off AA and render it in super-uber-extra res like 2000< and then just scale down the image in ps.
Yeah, some new camera's do this, Pentax calls their implementation pixel shift, Google calls it, super resolution mode, Olympus, High Resolution Mode. You get the point.
ok, so the image on the far left is ok for baking? I did try it and the bolts seemed pixelated. That could just be because I only gave this piece a 512x512 map.
Hi. If you feel the need to do some custom processing per pixel on a layer in GIMP, you can write a script based on this template: http://pasteall.org/75873/python
Wow. The character sculpt looks great. I would watch the sharp edges you've got on that hand gun. They might be too sharp to transfer to enough pixels for the normal map.
looks cool but i dunno about the camo. my brain interprets it as pixelated texture no matter how many times i try to convince it that this is based on real world camo.
Daz, There is a canvas/document zoom, and then there is like...viewport zoom. Are you using the +/- keys to zoom or the alt-click-release alt-drag to zoom thing? Because, 1 will pixelate, the other will not.
