4gigs will work under Win XP32, but you'll only get access to around 3.6gigs. You need a 64bit O/S to use more than 4gigs. Yes you need 64bit versions of your desired software to take advantage of the 64bit O/S. -

Not a response but a question. Do you feel that others are required to conform to your Interpretation of what constitute art? If thats the case then there is no need to examine, experiment, expand, talk about or even criticize because we would all think the same. Thats not art, thats Conformism. -

It´s not exactly part of ogre, but you can use almost everything in conjunction with ogre and it´s easy to understand.My quick guess would be that ogre is just a rendering engine and Irrlicht has some of the other things like networking,sound and stuff build in(as far as i remember). -
