You need to add in at least a twist bone to get good shoulder deformation. If you modeled in the T pose (BAD IDEA!), then that deformation is actually not too bad if you don't have a twist.

So I used the linear clone modifier on the cutter object and that made my object disappear, I start feeling bad. There is no error message. *edit* but the object comes back if insert values in the modifier :) my bad sorry
Also me and a friend coined a term that refers to all bad modern art that gets media through the internet. "Terriblism" I would like you all to start using it in reference to bad internet art and hopefully it will catch on.
Man, both things are bad :) . We also could talk about renting videogames. Years ago i used to rent pc games and i think it's a good thing for games, better than playing a bad demo.
like the UI artists and programmers haha you don't often hear about good UI/programming work, but people do complain on occasion about not having mouse control in menus/bad netcode/bad AI etc

Alright check this out. It appears to be related to the lights. I tried moving my point light around and the corners with the bad shading now changed. Top right looks perfect now. But now the other corners are shading bad.
Basic light pass (very basic). Importing some Spec maps and working on some High poly models. Tell me what you guys think the good and the bad (especially the bad. So much left to do.............
