Thanks for the comments! Here's an update on the sculpt, pretty much done now, I adjusted some feathers, the gauntlet and the horn, also some overall tweaks, just going to try to paint it a bit before moving onto the lowpoly. I'll probably post another update when everything is done :) -

Yes u get the code right away but it takes sometime for them to update their database. Up to a month or so I guess. But that's up to luck. For a friend of mine it got updated almost right away and valve confirmed his tax info the next day. For me it took way longer. -

Whatever you do make sure your laptop manufacturer drivers are signed with ATI/AMD. I had an acer and I could not get updates from AMD but only through Acer and well they never updated their graphics drivers :/ Laptop is now dead and probably just stick to tablets. -

dds thumbnails in windows http://developer.nvidia.com/object/dds_thumbnail_viewer.html speaking of which... psd images magically are thumbnailed recently. I don't remember doing anything special? is this an adobe update? or vista update? ( late night adobe fairies @ werk while I sleep to ease my search burden? ) -

I'd love to see an update as well, but I agree that the current version for Max is already great and understand there might not be a lot of demand. You can group islands in the UV editor or do name selection sets on a per face basis for editable poly or mesh objects, but both are fairly fleeting. Another more permanent… -

That's great to hear, I saw USD in the update logs some time ago, but wasn't aware that Marmoset allows for things like skies to be exported with it.
