It's looking good, my only comment is how dark the beard is in contrast with his pale skin. But I don't think sunbathing is on the biker agenda. All I could say is add some hair extrusions to really make that hair pop, but it's not crucial. Good work! -

Re: Low Poly to High Poly (or not??) / Workflow Question
I would advise to start from the highpoly since when you do the lowpoly you are "locking" the highpoly to its proportions\extrusions, it might seem good but you usually will change stuff on the highpoly that you think looks better and then you have to go back and forth between high\low etc. Wouldnt recomend. -

Some areas are good, others you have the supporting loops too close to the edge thus causing a thing highlight. The LP's could be lower on some e.g. the 3rd you can remove all those extrusions. Also for round objects put 2 supporting loops so your highlight doesnt run off. -

Proportions are out of whack. Shoulders protrude weirdly, upper arm is too short, lower arm is too long, legs are too long, chest is too high, hips are too high. Brows lacks correct anatomical structure, looks like a visor going around his head instead of an extrusion out from the orbital cavity. -

Might make it faster in Maya, but just focusing on planes, don't do extrusions until you absolutely have to? I found it was easier to manage mentally and physically if I just left very eraly blockouts as plane. Enough information to know what's going on in the space, but less work. -

no I know that , but I do not want to add boxes and extrusions just for the sake of it , what I mean is carve in a platint that can go with the flow of the ship , I am not really sure how to draw those on the silouhette , so its more an aestethic problem than a modeling one . -
