Try one of these shaders first, see if it solves your problem. http://wiki.polycount.net/Normal_Map#ShadersAndSeams If it doesn't, then rebake using some of the suggestions here.
Don't know how to solve this, but I'd like to mention, that the triangulation you have there in Max is perfect for the RT Display of Normal Maps in Max...hang on to it ;)

Thank you @wirrexx. I haven't noticed that option until now, it really helps. But actually I solved that problem last year by reinstalling the program. :)
