Character design isn't horrible. It's not particularly great, either, but 'horrible' is far too harsh a word. The biggest issue is that the characters seem a bit kit-bashed. A few months ago they had every episode of "It's Always Sunny in PA" was on Hulu, It was great. Now they're down to only 5 episodes.. bah. I also like Burn Notice. Congrats! I must say that I've found the judging to be much better this year - or maybe the entries are just getting better.
