I agree with Amsterdam Hilton Hotel. I think it really depends on your content which format presents your content the best way. But I think in your case a single page folio would be better.
The little thumbnail selections should be at the top of the page, not at the bottom. It should be as easy as possible for the user to get into your galleries as quickly as possible. Show them the content as soon as possible, and guide them to more content just as quickly.
Right now it is only Max and Maya as it uses our Havok Content Tools for exporting. There is talk of making the Havok Content Tools support something like FBX so we can expand to more 3D packages.
