The stage was created using objects that came with iClone 6 ...makes for a nice setting for Groucho to tell his Tall Tales. Next stage was to add nice lighting to the stage...which brings out the whole scene.
Man my Western Digitals have been going rock solid for like 5-6 years. Remember though that every harddrive has a chance of mechanical breakdown/ Also I agree with getting an enclosure.
Brutal, vancouver is just getting tossed about latley :( sad to hear, and then there is montreal where you hear about a major new studio opening every 6 months haha. sheeeit might be time to move.
Killzone is going from a single 1024 texture and 10k polys for a character to 6- 2048 textures and 40k polys. The coolest things about the Killzone demo are image based lighting with real time raytraced reflections.
I'll pass on the praise! It took her roughly 6 months She's now determined to get into the industry! She wants to be a community manager and help others have positive experiences like hers from gaming.
Hm, so I'm getting the impression that walking in is a pretty bad idea. What about bringing in a 6 foot hero with usb drives hidden in it? That way when they bite into one they can see my portfolio.
Grinding, I want no part of that. Unlocking petty stuff just cause you spent 6 hours doing it, makes it no less petty. I find it offensive when games don't respect players' time.
Very nice! I'm a fan of your 2nd Nidalee design, myself. As for the composition, my suggestion would be either @2 or #3 on the 6-thumb comp page you did. Keep up the good work!
It still looks heavily tiled. What does your tile texture look like? Currently it looks like it's tiling 6 or 7 times within this area. A single tile this size would work better.
