so giving people the creative freedom to copy a trade marked immage is grouds to be sued? thats bullshit.. if that's the case, you might as well sue me ahead of time, because i have the ability to model the hulk and have it look like him. SUE MY ASS BEFORE I CAN ACT! :O -

If you make a for profit game based on Star Wars and don't have the rights the company will be sued. Back away from it as quickly as you can as they don't sound very professional! -

Not bad, just remember that if you try to release this as anything other than a mod for an existing warhammer 40k game you will get a cease and desist order, or sued for copyrite infringement. -

You should NEVER photosource from any art that you do not have rights to, you don't learn anything from it, and you could get a studio you work for sued. -
Re: What new announcement are you most looking forward to?
Fortnite looks like a nice style. Hopefully see some more on that at E3. Is that the girl from Juno in The Last of Us? Cause if it's not someone's gonna get sued. It looks like her spot on. Bioshock Infinite and Diablo 3 look pretty great. Some release date info on either of those two would have been great.
