Dat diffuse... The perfect combo of worn and used, but not so worn and used it looks like it was tied to the back of a truck and dragged for 27 miles. Great job sir, get your flats out for the lads.
according to some quick measurements your uvs are only covering 27% of the texture. With a better unwrap you could literally use a texture half the size and get practically the exact same level of detail.
Also consider 2560x1440 30" panels. They provide a pixel count between the ultra-wide 4k and a 1440p 27" sizes- I find hte closer to square aspect ratio is more useful for modeling.
Once used in a material it adds: Base pass shader with only dynamic lighting: 27 instructions Vertex shader: 1 instruction Texture samplers: 1 So it's quite cheap. Glad you find it useful :)
I'm working on a 27" iMac most of the time, but I wouldn't mind a second monitor :) @repete Looking forward to the set. Although I'm not much a fun of popup modals.
how is that fear though? you have 27 countries to agree to any new deal among themselves. i think that's just reality that the process would take time.
