1100 tris is quite a lot for a model this simple. And the texture feels too muddied and faded. I think you should make the hair be more of a tiling texture, it's pretty straight down her back. Mirror the body a bit, and increase the resolution of the face. Then go back and paint the texture with stronger colors and more… -
