Check the smoothinggroups/topology of your wall stones. A slight warping isn't a bad thing for realism, but they look like the flat faces all equally have a small influence from the neighboring faces. -

no need to remodel just apply smoothinggroups to your lowpoly HOWEVER this workflow isn't best for everything, but in case of sculpting meshes i prefer it over classical subdivision with controledges as those have uneven mesh distribution which sucks for sculpting. -

Just found this http://p3d.in. It's super quick. The down sides are the limitations of the textures and shaders and it seems to funk with the smoothinggroups. And, to my surprise, it integrates fully into, otherwise limited, tumblr. http://www.vnyhlen.se/ - check the second post. And yes, it fucks with the smoothing. -

almighty_gir: you might want to take a look at the baseman from mudbox, imho its way better then arshlevons, though i used arshs on quite a few models the 5: what exactly would be the case where you would need smoothinggroups to unwrap? o.o -

Hey, you should just export as -fbx instead and it will work with smoothinggroups from modo. :) Also used to use the .ase exporter :] Love the idea of small environments like this :) The walls look really ace sofar! And put some more props in that chairs texture, this is not idtech 5! ;D -

did you try exporting as obj and importing it again? try different solutions with normals, without, with smoothinggroups, without etc. -

Hey, I couldn't tell exactly as I don't have your UV maps in front of me but do the edges with the black lines, by chance, not have their own UV islands?
