I'll second polygonfreak, the roofline needs some trim, maybe AC units or vents up on the roof to break it up as well. Your windows could use sills, something to make them feel more defined. Using a tiling alpha with the recessed areas and the buildup on the sides with a Trim or Flatten brush may work too. Try using the same alpha on a different brush and just add to the mesh. Even more so if you use a Morph Target and clean it up after. Also I believe the word "impasto" would apply, at least to the painting.… -

UDK does some weird stuff when flipping or rotation normal mapped assets, if you make a square floor piece, and rotate instances next to each other it will shot the problem. So PITA solution, make a single larger modular piece to replace the many smaller modular pieces, or use a lot of trim geometry to cover it up. You're… -

Change the color of the trims, Add a faded logo on the door, Use a masked in an alpha channel to make the horses look different. Rig the horses to give them a more interesting pose.
