This sounds like a very good idea. One quick tip on the beast master skins is that they are based on Monster Hunter's armor sets. You could take a look at some of the sets for extra references.
hi master lee how do you handle the chainmail armor when it comes down to low poly? Can you do a tutorial about it? or briefly talk about the workflow please?
HI everyone, here is my progress of Ohryu. The high poly is almost done! I started detailling the clothes. I need to add some details on the armor of the arms. Hope you'll enjoy!
Calling this guy finished... for now. Still not sure about the design of the suit/armor, might change it again. But now its time to see if i can finally put this guy on the unreal engine.
Christ that soldier is hard to rig, the skinning is a nightmare especially since I am not that good at it. The armor piece on his left elbow is impossible! Guess I will keep working on my sneak :P
wow wow wow ...with that great walking swagger...he could be retrofitted to the evil forest sheriff...a bit of black armor, an obnoxious gold emblem and a more wicked facial hair...great stuff.
... that is an interesting combo. Looks like you mixed Jehuty with the cover mecha from Armored Core 2... I loved that AC. hard to pilot, but man was it effective once you got used to it.
[ QUOTE ] I demand rule 34 on masterchief. [/ QUOTE ] I told you, wait till I get my halo 3 special edition (complete with helmet and armored space-thong).
I was just messing around practicing painting metal/armor and came up with this, i probably wont keep it but this is one of my first real paintings so feel free to critque! -Buddikaman-
