Dota meets Bleach :D I like the design a lot. I'd suggest making the those fluffy leg-guards stick out a bit more, since the leg silhouette is a bit linear.
VS breakdown is quite bad. Legs LoD0 Triangle Limit: 800 LoD1 Triangle Limit: 400 Texture Size: 256H x 512W All of this for leggings and a skirt. Also there are is no slot for arms.
I'm no expert at all, but shouldn't his neck be longer ? I'm also not sure where his crotch is, but his legs suggest his body is too long, and his legs too short.
Yehh I suppose. Just think it looks abit odd with her legs covered like that. Could always make her boots higher to cover more of her legs but it's up to you :)
....yeah right, well Im still on the upper body and the most parts of his legs will be hidden behind cloths. I thought at erasing the legs compleatlie after I get the shorts done
furry-wing-mermaid-ears? :P either way, loving the anatomy so far, especially the hands, though i would probably make the legs a bit longer (lower legs) to stay truer to the concept, can't wait to see more! :)
Took a few days break. Reworked the leg mesh/rig/skinning. I think it's pretty good, added a hip twist bone 1/2 down the upper leg - works way better then twisting at the hip. Next the torso and shoulders.
Interesting idea. I would suggest pulling his left leg either forward or back though - the way it is now, it fits perfectly over his other leg, which gives it a strange silhouette/tangent that's a little awkward at first glance.
Well here is what I have change so far. I reduce the length of her legs, reduce the size of her rear, lower and reduce the length of her arms, increase the side of her feet and move her legs forward.
I found a solution to the duplicate issue, sort of. If i need to re-import the mesh into maya, I just merge the verts. Since they are RIGHT on top of each other, like occupying the same space, all three versions merge together.
