Oh man, sorry for the long delay XD I went to GDC this past week and didn't have a computer with me so I wasn't able to work very much. I'm back and at it again though! With 3 days to spare hahah Thanks for the feedback guys, I was able to minimize my geometry to 1741 with fur alphas included :D Here's what I have so far,…
Hey, Final entries are not due until Dec 9th. The 29th is the ZBrush summit. There's nothing due for that. You just have to show work in progress over the course of the 3 months you work on it. The only real deadline before then is to be registered for the contest by Oct 17th. But other than that you are good to go :)

Feels like you are all progressing like crazy! Trying to do something epic in scale. :) I also started a sketch thread in…
I just do a UV Snapshot and apply it as a texture. If you don't have any UV's just do an automatic mapping operation, you just need to avoid severe stretching and overlapping. Easiest thing in the world. I did it on this guy: http://www.vimeo.com/17869214
As for the second part, here's example dotnet textbox: try destroyDialog test catch()rollout test " .NET Textbox" width:180 height:180( dotNetControl dncText "System.Windows.Forms.Textbox" width:175 height:170 align:#center on test open do ( dncText.Font = dotNetObject "System.Drawing.Font" "MS Sans Serif" 8 ((dotNetClass…
