Your normals look really, really, crazy broken, maybe you need to flip your X or Y channel? The texture isn't very nice either, looks like random scratches on autopilot, materials don't really read. You havent said why you need to rotate the model. If your comp crashes with transpose master then optimize your meshes using zremesher and project all. Merge subtools where you can. Check your naming is an actual name instead of sphere03 or something like that. If it was a game character you only need to rotate the end… -

I THINK I got it figured out. ^^EDIT: that's supposed to say 1024 wide, not 10254) Have 256pixelsx256pixels represent 1 square meter. I think you can get away with the stylistic choice with the backwards tilt if you just bring the ribcage over the hips a bit better. something else to look at would be more y-axis rotation on the shoulder/chest area as well as the hips.
